Management does not care AT ALL about people
Your life doesn't matter one cent to the President/CEO and only those that agree with him (literally and in how they treat people) are promoted. I worked with some good people, but management constantly belittled their direct reports and undervalued initiative and drive. If you ask no questions and have no interest in growth or innovation, this is a great place to stagnate. Pros: Work with a few good people, but they get beaten down by management Cons: Almost everything, from management, to compensation, to pride in work...and many things in between

I worked with some good people, but management constantly belittled their direct reports and undervalued initiative and drive. If you ask no questions and have no interest in growth or innovation, this is a great place to stagnate. Life is WAY too short to waste a minute at this company...I wish I'd known that before I wasted 5 years! Pros: Work with a few good people, but they get beaten down by management Cons: Almost everything, from management,…
Terrible company!
Chrisad is a company that is stuck in the 1990s. They use a CRM (Filemaker) from the 1980s. All of their staff is rude, disrespectful, and have zero empathy for other human beings. Every interaction with other Chrisad employees is transactional. There is no work/life balance, no company culture, and executives talk to their employees like they are children. Pros: None Cons: Everything
Helpful collegues
Everybody at the company is super helpful and does their best to complete their tasks/job. Never bad blood or any sorts of jealousy. Can ask anybody questions and get them answered. Work/life balance is phenomenal..doesnt really get much better than Mon-Fri work, with no set hours to work. Pros: Clear goals and tasks Cons: Traffic driving home
Chrisad is a great company
I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience working for this company. Lots of ways getting support from management and I enjoy that every one of my colleagues is just like me. Pros: Travel expenses covered
Great company, Great People
Chrisad is a great place to work - the management team's aim is to help you meet your potential and they work hard to be supportive every step along the way. Good Compensation, when you help the company grow you are rewarded for it. Pros: Flexible work hours, good culture
Worst Job Ever
This is a really bad place to work. Don't walk, RUN. You have been warned. The pay is really bad, no culture, no work life balance and terrible management. There is nothing good about working here. Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Poor Pay, Bad Management
Challenging and supportive work environment.
I have worked in several different departments in the company and at each level I have felt that I am being challenged and supported at the same time. Pros: Free lunch once a month!
Long standing company
I love working with and for chrisad. The job was highly recommended from a former colleague. They support work-life balance and internal growth. I have felt welcome and appreciated for my hard work since day one. It is a great collection of people dedicated to the growth and success of our clients. Pros: Amazing comprehensive benefits
Great if you are "in" with the Core group, but is a very toxic work culture.
I will say the CEO is passionate, and the upper management that have actually earned their right to be in their positions are knowledgeable, positive, and lead through example rather than barking orders...the others? Not so much. Extreme stress to produce results; when you do exceptionally well, you get well compensated. Naturally, after all, it is a sales/consulting-driven company. The truth is that most, if not all, of the sales team is overworked and understaffed. Each is doing the work of a minimum of 3 people. But here is the catch: micromanaging is unbelievable. You're not allowed to…
Workplace was miserable at times, manager wanted everyone else to work the most for them
Come in, straight to work, no rest would get mad if you were not productive for a min. Management team are fake, they act like they care for your wellbeing and development, really just play us about opportunities and advancements within! No culture!! Pros: nothing Cons: Management sucks
no work life balance, management team are two-faced
The pinnacle of terrible workplace environment, clearly cant retain employees and is not willing to change. High expectations, zero help. Sorry management, a pizza party is not going to improve office culture.....maybe give me days off without making me feel guilty. Pros: none. run asap Cons: office manager focuses on inconsequential details with employees, bc their role doesnt really have a purpose
Think Twice Before Applying—It’s Not Worth It!
At first, things may seem fine, but over time, you begin to realize how toxic and draining the environment truly is. Constant changes are made, yet they never seem to improve the situation. Some employees are often expected to take on tasks that are completely irrelevant to their job descriptions. These tasks have absolutely no real connection to their role, and it feels as though they are being taken advantage of simply because they’re already being paid to work there. Meanwhile, extreme micromanagement creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unable to…
Some Good People but Outdated Product and Low Wages
Pros: Most people get their own office and some of the people are reasonable. Cons: Very demanding for the pay. Lots of deception starting with the owner and trickles down to management. The product they sell (postcards/brochures for marketing dentists) is outdated. This company is probably on its way down. I don't recommend making this a long term solution for a career. Advice to management: Hire people with a real managerial background and remove the people you have in place that are currently managing. Pay your staff more across the board.
A good stepping stone
Pros: unique marketing strategy interesting concept Cons: nepotism, undervaluing employees, ceo completely out of the loop could care less about lower level staff
A decent job for the pay
Pros: The job is not difficult if you are good at handling deadlines and juggling multiple things at once. Cons: They tend to add on more and more tasks. Lots of things get passed around to different departments.
Better 15 years ago
Pros: Some people are nice but outnumbered with no voice Cons: Some people are toxic, with very loud voices and abuse their power. Advice to management: chrisad should hire all new management
Not worth your time! Skip it!
Pros: Yes, there are really great, hard-working, people that work at chrisad who all deserve pay rises! Cons: Warning: toxic work environment! Nepotism is thick here! Micromanagement to the 100th degree! Can't believe they actually got a former dentist who was convicted and served time for fraud in Tennessee to be a member of staff as a "professional consultant" - seriously? This company is NOT growing due to outdated ideas and poor management. Junk mail is the "brilliant" idea? Seriously (again)? Avoid at all costs! I wish I could give negative STARS below since that's what the experience…
Data-Driven Dental Marketing
Pros: Experienced design team, low turnover, opportunities to advance, public transportation to the office Cons: Difficult to keep up with growing client base Advice to management: Don't be afraid to put yourself in an unpopular position. Be direct.
Great Place To Work
Pros: Chrisad has treated me as part of their family since I first started working here. They have been extremely accommodating when it comes to family and I have a flexible work schedule which allows me to spend more time with my wife and child. Chrisad has also allowed me to grow quite a bit over my 9 years with the company. I started as a Marketing Assistant and am currently the Client Services Manager. The people here are also amazing! Cons: None currently that I can think of.
.
Pros: The pros at Chrisad was Great pay Cons: There were no cons when working for chrisad
Great
Pros: Great people to work with Cons: Non that I can think of Advice to management: None that I know of
Dragons don't share their horde
Pros: Good, hardworking people who are relatively nice and easy to get along with Cons: Management takes no responsibility for company performance, or heeds any advice on how to fix issues. It is the CEO's way or the highway, and there is no plan B when things fail. Only finger pointing at the sales reps, design teams, print shop, anywhere but himself. There is no collaboration, no room for improvement, no chance to grow, and extremely low pay for the amount of work. Any attempt at career advancement is usually met with termination. Advice to management: None, as I know that it will fall on…
Good company
Pros: Had a good time there Cons: Not paid enough for the work
Run
Pros: There are some wonderful co-workers that are true pros. Cons: There are many cons but the most noteworthy for me was this operation was run by ego and emotion which is a bad recipe. Advice to management: Take 2 weeks off and then quit.
Amazing culture
Pros: -flexible schedule -work/life balance -potential, various roles within -hard work pays off Cons: -heater/ac breaks sometimes and takes time to fix
RUN! General manager has small man complex
Pros: None. Trader Joe's is across the street. Cons: Horrible management. High turnover of staff. The GM is not professional and is small and tiny and uses power to feel big! Advice to management: Start over with GM
Really awful
Pros: None that I could find. Cons: Terrible management, nobody knows what they are doing. Advice to management: Fire them all.
Decent
Pros: Nice lunches once a Month Cons: Time travel- old business model
Environment
Pros: Nothing positive to said about this company. Cons: Nepotism to the core. Micromanagement.
Terrible place to work
Pros: Some good coworkers at the company Cons: General Manager is a tool that thinks he's "god's gift". Owner is a blowhard. No self-awareness at the highest levels. Management does not employ any of the accountability they expect other to live by Advice to management: Quit
Really not a good company to work at.
Pros: Job is pretty straight forward, decent people Cons: The product doesn't really make sense.
Toxic work environment
Pros: Established company in dentistry. This lead to fun conferences and work events. Cons: Management was very toxic. They take advantage of you and without warning will delete all your hard work without talking to you. They fired any and all good managers, just because they voiced their own opinions. Advice to management: CEO and other employees need to learn to let others have ideas and opinions other than the higher ups of their own. Management cared way too much about only looking good and not actually doing work that will in the end help the company.
Terrible company
Pros: Got to work with some good coworkers Cons: Everything flows down hill, when the owner and GM are terrible...no one is happy at the company and management is incredibly dysfunctional.
Ok company
Pros: Flexible, fun, good people, great clients Cons: Low pay - It was a struggle to get above minimum pay here
Awesome sauce!
Pros: Sucks bad monkeys much too rowdy Cons: None it was amazin and what not!
Great Staff
Pros: Great People Good benefits Very generous owner Cons: Difficult to get practices on board.
..
Pros: some nice people do work there Cons: sort of old school set up - limited advancement options
Please be aware
Pros: Initially they’ll position signing bonuses and pay/commissions as appealing. Cons: The entire business model is a SCAM. Essentially they sell Direct Mail, that’s it!! They dress it up a a Consultancy Marketing Agency but offer zero comprehensive marketing. Zero. Here is the ENTIRE VALUE PROPOSITION TO THE PRACTICE: add hours and cleaning staff for early morning, evening and weekend appointments for busy working folk and families etc. Makes sense, and they have years of data to back up what is essentially a simple concept. After the Practice opens up hours/appointments for Cleanups,…
Good place to work
Pros: Staff is great and treat employees well Cons: Have to love working with dentists
Complete bait and switch
Pros: Great coworkers and great practicers to work with. Cons: Be aware that the base salary is actually a draw against future commissions, which isn’t made clear during the hiring process. The products are pretty outdated, which makes it tough to close new business. Leadership and management roles are all within one family, and that can limit growth or influence for others. One of the biggest surprises is the commission structure — it’s not consistent across the team. Some reps make as little as 8%, while others make up to 14% for the same work. If you’re considering this job, make sure to…
Be careful, would not recommend, if desperate
Pros: some experience learning about value added sales and using math/data to drive sales. fairly low pressure...learned some about mail marketing. CEO's son was great. A couple managers were okay, but CEO and President were terrible. Cons: my initial base pay was higher than what I made when I moved to commissions by 20k+ and I never made more than 60/70, and I was hitting goal. Sat around for the first 3 months. Old systems and tools. Had to clock in and clock out. President was rude, cursing and disrespectful, demanding to do all of these things but unhelpful. CEO was inappropriate in…
Great team members hindered by poor leadership and decline
Pros: some great team members flexible start and end time - just need to work 8 hours each day Cons: Company is dying a slow death exacerbated by the owner's stubborn refusal to change the business model Owner takes zero responsibility despite being the sole decision maker. He will throw anyone and everyone under the bus to avoid taking the responsibility for the company's failures. They are bleeding money currently. Approximately 20% of the company has been laid off over the last 6-9 months, and the number of active clients is declining every month I made less and less money every year I…
