Productive fast paced great place to work
I love working for this company. The culture is wonderful, they really care about us having an equal work home life balance. They contribute to your health and well being, and personal successes. Pros: Free lunches, pro, and decent wages Cons: None as of yet
Kind people, no direction
During my time at Dental Implant Machine, I was put on 4 different teams in 2 years, with 4 different managers. Expectations were vague and poorly communicated. I rarely did the job I was originally hired to do. There seems to have been no communication between the person who hired me, and my manager. The pay they gave was appropriate for the job I applied and was hired for, but no where near the pay of what they were having me do. The company bends to the will of upper management, and everyone is expected to play catch up. For most of my time at the company I was working on a team trying to…

Steer clear. Downsizing tremendously with no direction. Terrible company with even worse management. Toxic as anything. They will create positions only to remove them and fire the person instead of relocating you. They have no care for anyone but the money at the end of the day. They will stab you in the back so quick. Pros: A Job Cons: Everything about it.

I was disappointed with my experience. Communication started off well but became inconsistent once the campaigns were live. I expected more proactive optimization and clearer explanations of what was being done with my ad budget. Reporting felt generic, and I didn't see the level of strategy or attention to detail I was hoping for. While every business's experience may be different, I didn't feel the service provided enough value for the cost.
