This is the best job I have ever had, hands down. I enjoy what I do and the people I work with. The job culture here is so much fun. My supervisor and fellow team members are amazing. My hours are fairly flexible and if I need to take time off it's not difficult. I liked that management was always there and willing to help you, without micromanaging you. The people are great, coworkers are great, and the environment was positive and not stifling. When I started working here I loved it. They had a great culture and awesome incentives. They slowly started taking incentives away and pushing us harder towards unrealistic goals. Now, they are skimping us on 80% of our commission!! I used to love this job and now they are doing things that are honestly unethical.

Business Promotion has a horrid culture. If you are in a sales role, they require a minimum of 100 cold calls per day. 85% of sales people are fired after two months, 14% are fired after six months. Pros: The silent owner is okay. Cons: The CEO is dishonest and not intelligent.

Theyre a great company and very accommodating, but with how quick they let people go, it was stressful. If you did your job well you didn't have any problems, but it's not a very easy place to advance in. It take months after a request to get a raise or to transfer to a new department.

They spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on parties and perks while saying that they can't hire more people to support the product that they are selling. If you haven't been there for several years or you're not a personal friend to the CEO, your ideas and suggestions are stiffled and/or dismissed with no further information as to why. Data is provided as to how to make strategic decisions, but the CEO and his C-Suite don't have the experience to make decisons based off of data or even common customer dialogue. It's a shame this is how the opperate because they have so much potential to retain customers and grow the business if they weren't so siloed in their thinking and approach.

Every 6 months there would be quite a few layoffs, very intense work loads, little opertunity to grow, they got rid of my mother's room after I returned from maternity leave. I Started part time at here. had a great manager who has helped me progress a lot on my career as I was still on it's infancy. Once I moved to full time that is when things went bad fast. first of all. seems like they don't offer benefits unless you worked over a long period of time (first I heard of at a work place) and sometimes felt like other way to get benefits or good raises early was to work on the Sales Team. On the first day they don’t even train you they go over what you will be doing for about 2 hours and then they throw you into it.
