He constantly overstepped other managers and dealt directly with Jr roles like myself. I got hired for 20 hours a week but they started maxing me out to 39 hours. But no full time benefits. Pros: I have never worked for a company that cares so much for its employees and clients. The culture is one of positive energy and genuine regard for each other. Great Office Schedule, Benefits and PTO
Pros: Working at Gargle has been an amazing experience for me. The flex PTO and paid holidays plus the benefit packages provided are very rare in todays corporate programs, The hybrid office schedule is also a huge plus! Great Culture
Pros: The people are amazing. The company really does care about its employees and always puts on fun activities for us. They are also very flexible, if I was sick or need to go out of town, I can work from home on the days I would typically be in office. Cons: Part-time employees don't get paid holidays, which is a bit of a bummer when the office is closed, but other than that everything about this place rocked.
