Pros: It’s a good industry to be in. Cons: The ceo and coo are some of the most passive aggressive, narcissistic individuals I’ve ever met. Mentally broke so many reps. Unrealistic expectations and extreme micromanagement. There’s no way the reviews are real if you’re reading these.. go look on LinkedIn at past sales reps and message them privately how their experience was.
