Pros: Large volume of clients. The owners are both really smart, competent people. Cons: Micromanagement, insane work flow, pushed and pulled by both owners, the rate of growth & near 100% employee churn rate means promises just aren't going to be delivered. The only way to describe the employer-employee relationship is combative. PTSD from slack notification sounds on nights, weekends, weekdays.

Pros: Leaving. I thought this was going to be a good job, but the owners are as incompetent as they seem in the interview. Cons: Owners demean employees in front of the whole staff, provide no training, require you to manually log every minute of every day to prove you're working, and run the place like they expect you to know their goals with no input from day one. If you don't work weekends and stay late during the week, they consider you an underperforming employee, but won't pay you for extra work. Despite having "unlimited PTO," I only used it two weeks before being let go—for a church conference and my cousin's wedding and one other time in april for two days.
