Pros: I worked at Optimized 360 for a little over two years. I can't put into words the tremendous amount of knowledge I acquired; knowledge that can be applied in any industry you decide to pursue. Pros: I learned so much while working here! I had a great experience with the team. The management really cares about you and wants you to grow not only professionally but in your personal life. They keep up to date with technology to work with. We had great team meetings to keep the team motivated and educated. They celebrate achievements in the company that was awesome it's hard to find such a great culture in the office! Pros: I first started working with a competitor of Optimized360 that offered templates and "custom designs" -- which technically was a template with limited customization. This was the apparent norm and trend at the time. Did not have a pleasant experience because most of the employees were college students, like myself, at the time. Didn't see much room for growth because everything was so systematic. Pros: I really enjoyed working at Optimized360. The team was fun to work with and management was really supportive. They were encouraging and worked right alongside everyone else. I never felt stressed about work and actually enjoyed going in every day. Cons: As a smaller company, the team had to work together and cover multiple roles. Some may see this as a con, but it also provided a lot of experience and opportunities to grow.

Pros: There are many Marketing agencies to choose from, but Optimized360 is the best in class. I am delighted for the last four years to work with Dr. Sean and his knowledgable team, who are creative and connected to the digital world. They are an outstanding group of individuals. Cons: Like any an up-to-par High tech company, things are always changing, and you have to be flexible and adaptable. If you love the fast-paced nature of a startup, I see this as a pro.

Pros: I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff at Opt 360, and they're very flexible with workflow and platforms. As a freelancer, I wish I had 10 more just like them. Cons: I sincerely can't think of any negatives to working for them. I don't believe in making ones up to fill in space either. Advice to management: Keep doing what you're doing, it's working out great.

Pros: It's very comfortable to work with Optimized360 which the management provides video instructions for every task he gave and no pressure with the work as long as it is done, and he replies to my every questions about my task from time to time. Cons: As for now I did not experience any downsides working with this company. Advice to management: Just keep up this good working relationship towards employees and hoping that I'm still with this company over a long time.

Pros: I was looking for an opportunity to improve and progress in web design and development. O360 provided a great environment for just that. The team was always there for me at times I needed guidance - especially designing for an industry I was not familiar with.
