A print company that tried to enter into digital by following old-fashioned print techniques. No room for growth or to learn past basic knowledge. It's not a bad place if you want to start your career but it's lacks the knowledge to further growth past that. Management issues and desperation for clients usually leads to a volitale work environment and company structure.

The management and coworkers are great and I've had good advancement opportunities in my time here. I enjoy the job itself, and the environment created in the office. It's a small niche firm so the compensation may be slightly below the industry average, but it's never been a problem for me and I think the company culture makes it worth it.

Over the three years that I've worked here, I've been in four different positions in various departments. There is certainly room for growth and cross-department experience if you're interested. Practice Cafe is a great company to work for. I have learned so much about both print and digital marketing as well as design that I can take with me as I grow. I enjoy coming into work and the people I get to work with. Management is easy to talk with and genuinely cares about you both professionally and personally. The pandemic brought on some worries but the management was very honest and did everything they could to keep their employees happy during a stressful time. The clients we get to work with daily are great and the work itself is not too stressful.

I've worked at small and large organizations. The 15+ years I've been with Practice Cafe have been the best! The job itself is interesting, and the coworkers make the effort worthwhile.
