This company is by far the worst company to work for. They have no direction. The Senior Managers only care about themselves. The CEO is clueless. It's not like Facebook or any reputable company in the US, any any other country across the globe. Pros: None what so ever Cons: Everything about this company

Would never recommend. Small company, management does not know what they are doing. Never lets employees out on time, pays very poorly and does not offer any benefits.

Fun, energetic place to work. You are held to high standards but it's self rewarding and the hard work doesn't go unrecognized. The company is growing fast and has a lot of potential.

Workplace culture is dismal. high turnover, management is led by managers with no experience that are CEO friends, benefits are promised but taken away, handbook policy changes with no notice, all decisions must be micro managed thru CEO and he is unavailable most days. project management is not effective, training is own your own, figure it out as you go. Great place to work, room for improvement though many people have been hired and work for a few months and then leave. Progressive has a lot of potential and could really become a big hitter in the dental marketing industry in the next two years but still is having growing pains. Things appeared to be great at Progressive Dental but many employees were fired on the spot for no reason. It happened to me. I did great work, always finished task well before deadlines and I was fired because "it's a slow time of year". You will be on the road 15-20 days out of the month.
