However some employees surpass normal duties to branch into other departments in aiding and producing quality content and feedback. While the people are nice on a personal level, the lack of organization here is staggering, and creates a "it wasn't me" environment from all departments. This company does not value its employees. They overwork the SEO department and under pay them. They do not care how much stress you have or how much you ask for help they will always throw the SEO team under the bus. Besides for a select few, upper management is clueless and irresponsible. This place is a mess. The leadership team is making decisions that are both bad for the employees and the clients. This company has always paid very poorly compared to industry standards but the work level used to be reasonable. Now the environment is one of over-worked employees who feel no sense of job security. Employees are being terminated in groups without warning. Clients are being billed but the work they are paying for is not being properly seen to. I would recommend caution when considering interacting with this company as a staff member or client.

Great place to work though many feel they are underpaid - many team building events - HR and admin do their best to keep employees happy - but could do better. Increase pay rates while implementing smaller - less expensive team building events.

My manager at CPASS did everything she could to make it a better place. It is clear that in her role of managing, the people above her made it difficult for her to be as effective as she could be. There is something wrong at this place. When you have a middle-management team that good and things don't improve, something else is going wrong. Company is very poorly organized, hires big mouth managers with no skills and drives out any people with real skills to appease egos. Allow for lying, toxic atmosphere and open hostility between teams. Support teams in VT are professional, others are not- allowed to get away with just about anything, boast that sales are the only reason people in company have jobs. Management used to be amazing, and the company had a very dynamic culture that promoted growth and teamwork.Towards the end of my time with Prosites, they began changing the management team, and it moved away from focusing on customer relationships and retaining clients and listening to employees evaluations of the state of the company, to a micromanaged, no input, just get revenue type of formula. ProSites doesn't care about their employees or the customers. They only care about money. The place is filled with so much drama that it is difficult to focus on your work. The depts don't work cohesively together and some depts work much harder than others, making those employees completely stressed out. Nobody cares.

Poor pay. Under qualified managers. Lack of communication between departments. Management allowed negative employees to gossip and talk trash about other employees in the department. That kind of behavior should be stopped immediately. Acceptance of this behavior creates a toxic work environment.

This company is poorly run. Each management team runs itself, there is barely any oversite from top management. The training is poor, the turnover is high. I asked for my training and never got it, and when I did get it, the person training me barely knew what they were doing themselves. Stellar Care is one of the few agencies that is truly dedicated to doing the right thing and never cutting corners. They hold people accountable, but provide great training and support. ProSites is a company that really cares about its employees. They give you all the resources you need to succeed and work with you as you learn the ins and outs of the industry/role. I wish pay was better, they don’t really make an effort to retain employees who need better compensation, but regardless it’s a great job to gain skills and experience.

A typical day at work was nicely structured but my experience was overshadowed by a Manager that was not able to effectively train employees but had very specific expectations for the specific company's work practices. Pros: The people I work with are absolutely amazing (aside from upper management). They’re smart, and there are a lot of high performers.
