Watch Your Back
Pros: If you want to be overworked for a few months and then fired, this is the place for you Cons: Absolutely no leadership Unclear, constantly changing expectations Detached owners micromanage from their vacation home in Mexico Advice to management: Move back LEARN WHAT YOU EXPECT YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DO. Get into another line of work. Or just keep up the scam, I'm sure it will last forever
Seo Marketing
Pros: We have a wonderful group of people all willing to grow and adapt in and industry that is always changing. Daily problem solving and consistent high quality work delivered by my team make me feel secure that our company will continue to thrive. Cons: It is a difficult industry we work in, and keeping clients educated on the work we are doing for them can be an ongoing challenge.
Poor salary
Pros: Good experience in the digital marketing world with room to learn new skills. Free food occasionally. Cons: Archaic pay structure, poor benefits, overall compensation severely lacking, no retirement plan, along with uneven distribution of wage increases among the team means that if you are skilled, you can't afford to work here. If you have limited professional opportunities due to narrow education and training, you'll fit right in. Advice to management: Stop outsourcing labor to remote workers. Take your Washington employees seriously and have a clue about modern compensation packages.
Flexible schedule, no drama, can work from home
Pros: Can work from home most or all of the time as necessary. Leadership appreciates what you do. The most “drama-free” place I have ever worked. Cons: No retirement package, PTO plan is so-so. Things can change quickly without much warning. Can get isolated if you’re remote too often.
Client Services
Pros: I have worked for Roadside Dental Marketing for 5+ years. The work-life balance and employee contentment is a high priority for this company. The satisfaction of providing a high-quality service to our clients and seeing them reach their business goals is very fulfilling. Cons: Marketing and SEO is a constantly changing and evolving industry. Things are never stagnant and you have to adapt and grow with the changes quickly to be successful. This can be a challenge at times.
Amazing Leadership and Reward Program
Pros: Offers remote work, flexible schedule, and above all rewards you for going above and beyond. Cons: Honestly, none. I know that sounds weird, but I love everything about this place.
Don’t work here!
Pros: Work from home and you can adjust your hours if you need to. I learned exactly the type of business I DON’T want to work for. Cons: Everything else... little to no training. They obviously don’t believe in investing in their employees. Very robotic relationships. Working from home made it tough, but no one cares to get to know you as a person. They only contact you when they need something. They are also very passive aggressive. Instead of handling issues in a positive, transparent manner, they like to not tell you what’s wrong or offer help on how to improve even if you ask for it.…
One of the best agencies around
Pros: Fantastic work/life balance, flexible schedule, and a truly fun and caring team. Senior management is accessible and listens to you. Cons: The occasional frustrating client - as with any agency. But they are few and far between.
Great Company to Work For!
Pros: Flexible schedules, No micro managing. For the most part employees are responsible for their workload and meeting deadlines. Management is supportive as are Team Members. Great company for those with an entrepreneurial mindset who are disciplined with time management with little supervision. Cons: Some process and procedures would change too often for my comfort level and I felt like I was having to scramble to keep up with the changes which interrupted my workflow and caused unnecessary errors.
Fantastic Place
Pros: 5* all around great place to g Cons: None that I can think of
Great people
Pros: Roadside is one of the best teams you’ll ever work with. Such a great group of people. Cons: Processes and systems could be more streamlined.
Great Company, Great People, But Agency Life Isn't For Everyone
Pros: The people are great, the work-life balance is always kept in mind, and the owners are extremely mindfull of the team's needs. Cons: Clients can be demanding, they are a small business at the end of the day and can't always afford top of the market salaries.
Great Work/Life Balance
Pros: Remote work (even before COVID). Flexible hours and work/life balance. Cons: Can be hectic at start and end of quarters.
Amazing work culture and opportunities!
Pros: Fully Remote Hard-working, friendly, and specialized team Cons: Can seem disorganized at times
Poor Communication and Unrealistic Expectations
Pros: You can work from home. Cons: You have to provide your own work computer. They require so many different types of projects that you’ll constantly need to keep notes on how to do things when they come up every 3 months. Also, graphic designers are expected to do web, video, digital and print design along with client branding pitches and whatever oddball creative tasks they think up - all on a lower market salary. They’ll tell you one minute you’re great and you’re a rockstar, the next they’re firing you for trivial excuses to save the company money. Basically they use and overwork you…
Room for growth
Pros: Definitely opportunities for growth and advancement. Cons: WFH systems could be better. Overall team could use training on being more efficient to minimize unnecessary stresses.
Poor communication, no company cohesion
Pros: Work from home only plus Cons: Very robotic atmosphere with no company culture for such a small company. Over controlling and micromanaging team leaders. Unrealistic expectations and work load. Know to hire and fire with no reason. Nickel and dime their clients until clients are super unhappy. Extremely unpleasant work environment. No medical or basic work benefits. Advice to management: Try some team bonding and company culture - easy to do with such a small company/ maybe people wouldn’t be inclined to jump ship so often. Offer medical and basic employment benefits.
stupid website requires reviews to read
Pros: pro could mean professional, promotion, or maybe even prosperous Cons: con is the reverse of pro. it is like the oppostite
Super
Pros: Great company and super team!! Cons: No cons to list. Love them.
good culture
Pros: Family oriented team, provides opportunities to grow, clients are taken care of Cons: Health benefits could be better
Account manager
Pros: Remote work is available Not much to say Cons: Leadership doesn’t take care of their employees
Great folks, very pleasant work environment
Pros: Professional, flexible, and fairly laid-back team, with opportunities for ongoing education and role advancement Cons: Few to speak of; globally distributed team can lead to project slowdowns at times due to scheduling, but not a critical issue.
I LOVE IT HERE
Pros: EVERYTHING. Work-life balance. Amazing Team culture! Cons: No cons at this time.
Great culture; somewhat minimal benefits
Pros: Company culture is supportive & flexible Great coworkers Clear work expectations w/ feedback Good pay Fully remote teams Non-discriminatory hiring practices Cons: Benefits & PTO a bit below average AI-generated content is encouraged
